Fine Laqay (Lakai) silk chain-stitch embroidery on fine cotton from Tocikston (Tajikstan). Very fine silk embroidery on silk. Traditional blossoming pomegranate flowers in the center and borders. Natural colors from vegetable dyes. Russian printed cotton backing.

It is dated between the 1940s and 1950s or earlier
