Payments
ALL payments go through our website. We accept various types of credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Shipping
Shipping is FREE, but depending on the product you are purchasing, it may ship from the U.S. or from Türkiye.
IF it is shipping from the U.S. TO a U.S. address, we will use USPS Priority Mail with Full Insurance.
IF it is shipping from the U.S. TO a non-U.S. address, we will use USPS Priority Mail International with Full Insurance.
IF it is shipping from Türkiye TO a non-Turkish address, we will use FedEx and/or UPS.
Free Shipping includes postage and packing materials. All items are wrapped very carefully with necessary materials, bubbles, thick paper, and plastic cover for water protection and are taped / sealed very well.
You are responsible for your own country’s duties, tariff, customs charges, taxes, etc...
Processing time is 1 to 3 days, and we do not typically process on the weekends.
Receipt of Damaged Parcels
If any package arrives with improper packaging and/or is torn, and half / completely opened and re-wrapped, do not accept the package and ask for a report to be written down to the deliverer. Please take pictures of the package to provide proof of its condition at that moment. This way, we will be able to make a claim with our currier company.
Returns
ALL RETURNS must be in their original condition without any damage or use. We will cooperate with you and do our best to satisfy you. We only accept returns from returning or known customers, and these returns must be filled within 7 days of receiving the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Vintage and Antique Items
Please remember vintage and antique items are not new, and may show signs of wear and of irregularities that are not flaws. We attempt to detail such conditions in our product descriptions as completely as possible. If we have missed a major flaw, or you feel that the item has been incorrectly represented, please contact us right away. We will do our best to resolve the problem.
