Russian Roller Printed Cotton for Turkic Central Asian Market

These types of fabrics were designed for the Turkic Central Asian market during the Soviet period. Roller printed antique textile fragment with two pieces joined in the center and hemmed on all sides.  This particular one was made for the Özbekistan (Uzbekistan) market. We can see an iris garden as we do in Gurkani (Mughal) art. It has secure stitching all around. It is in perfect condition.

It is dated to the 19th century
