Silk Yastık Pillow in Ottoman style from Häläb (Aleppo), Suriyä (Syria). Ottoman style silk and metallic embroidery on silk with classical floral motifs. Metallic lace knitted framing. It was probably kept as a dowry item. The background gold yellow color adds a rich powerful look. We also have the pair of it.

It is dated between the 1930s and 1940s or earlier
