Ottoman Silk Embroidered Bohça (Bokhcha) from Türkiye (Turkey). Silk and metallic embroidery on delicate cotton muslin. Ottoman ship motif with floral additions. It had some weak areas and they were all fixed with backing support. It has a fine silk edging on all four sides. A rare sample from the early to mid 19th century.

It is dated to the mid-19th century or earlier
