Central Asian Tocikston (Tajikstan) – Khan Atlas Silk Ikat Chapan

Xon (Khan) Atlas Silk Ikat Çopon (Chapan) from Tocikston (Tajikstan). Made in a deep purple color Atlas Ikat, which is woven much thicker than normal Ikats with cotton or without. It is satin-woven made for khans with silk warp-silk weft. Lined with Rus (Russian) printed cotton, faced with Adras ( 50 % cotton – 50 % silk ) Ikat. It is in near great condition. It has a couple of pale stains which are not easily visible. Loop-manipulation green silk trim in all edges.
