European Magarorsag (Hungary) - Silk Embroidered Apron

Silk Embroidered Apron from Magarorsag (Hungary). Traditional Magar silk embroidered apron. It was embroidered on a hand loomed fine cotton. It was probably made to be used on ceremonial days, and has survived in great condition with saturated colors.

It is dated to the 1950’s
