Central Asian Afğanistan (Afghanistan) - Çowdur (Chowdur) Silk Embroidered Hat

Silk Embroidered Çowdur (Chowdur) tribe hat from Afğanistan (Afghanistan). It was carefully made for a child. Such small hats were a major tradition of Türkmen (Turkmen) tribes to be used on national, ceremonial, and important family days. It has detailed and fine silk workmanship. Embroidered silk trim and quilted and lined with plain cotton. Survived in great condition. Deep saturated natural dyes.
