Middle Eastern İran (Persia) - Türkmensäxra Silk Embroidered Hat

Türkmen Silk Embroidered Hat from Türkmensähra (Turkmensahra), İran (Persia). Türkmen tribes live in Northern İran by the Türkmenistan border. Silk lacing embroidery with traditional colors and triangle designs. Silk beaded tassels on top and a very finely woven black and white color trim. It is quilted inside and lined with printed cotton. It has patina from being used, but is in great condition.

It is dated between the 1940s and 1950s
