Central Asian Türkmenistan (Turkmenistan) - Teke (Tekke) Silk Embroidered Hat

Teke (Tekke) Silk Embroidered Hat from Türkmenistan (Turkmenistan). A rare sample that has survived in top condition with amazing patina. Fine silk lacing stitching in triangle panels between quilted silk and a cotton background. Lined with handloomed cotton. Saturated natural colors. Red embroidered trim. The Coins are 10 Kopecks / cents of the CCCP during the Soviet period of 1932.

It is dated between the 1920s and 1930s
