European Circus Jester's Performer Hats

Circus Jester's Performer Hats from Europe. These type of hats are quite rare. While it is not known where these really originate, they were found on the Silk Road. We assume they must be from Europe. Perhaps, they are from France or Switzerland. All of them are embroidered with metallic yarns with floral motifs on atlas silk fabric. One of them is decorated with colorful stones, while the other two have small bells on them. They are used but in fairly good condition.

It is dated between the 1940s and 1950s.
