Central Asian Özbekistan (Uzbekistan) - Tatar Embroidered Leather Boots

These were most likely made by Tatar craftsmen in Özbekistan (Uzbekistan) or Tocikston (Tajikstan). Many ethnic Tatars immigrated to the various former Soviet Turkic states. They were worn a short time, likely on ceremonial and special celebration days. They have soft leather and fine workmanship and can still be worn outdoors.
