Eastern Europe Magarorsag (Hungary) - Avar Necklace

This necklace is made up of contemporary and antique replica beads based on findings from the medieval Eastern Europe, particularly those in Avar sites. Though, it should be noted that the Avars themselves used components that came from the Romans and surrounding Viking tribes. The gold foil beads are antique and made by Afğan (Afghan) artisans in the style of ancient ones. They are very difficult to find at reasonable prices.
