Central Asian Türkmenistan (Turkmenistan) - Silver Headdress Component

My guess is that it is Teke (Tekke) from Türkmenistan (Turkmenistan), but could be Ärsarı (Ersari) from Afğanistan (Afghanistan) as well. Looks to be high quality silver and is pretty heavy.
