Middle Eastern Filastin (Palestine) - Silver Amulet Necklace with Ottoman Coins

Many rare silver Ottoman coins on this one! There is also one Bedouin charm pendant positioned in the center. I believe it was added on later, but it adds to the charm of the necklace.
