Middle Eastern Misr (Egypt) - Silver Zar Pendant Necklace

Zar jewelry from Misr (Egypt) was supposedly used in rituals to protect against spiritual possession in the nineteenth and twentieth century. Usually, I see variants with pictorial drawings on them, but this one is just text front and back and I found that unique. Not to say that many don't have text. They do. But the style here is different.
