Middle Eastern Türkiye (Turkey) - Kurd (Kurdish) Silver Pendant Necklace

I'm not actually sure which ethnic group this necklace would fall under. It's a bit peculiar. My guess is Kurdish, but it could be Turkish, Bedouin, or Armenian as well. The main pendant is made from two Ottoman silver coins. 

It is dated to the 19th century
