Middle Eastern Filästin (Palestine) - Hay (Armenian) Silver Filigree Necklace

This style of necklace is frequently used by the Bedouin of Filästin (Palestine) and Misr (Egypt); however, the filigree charms are Armenian. So, probably from Filästin, but could also be Türkiye (Turkey). Definitely one of the three countries above though.
