Middle Eastern İran (Persia) - Kurdish Silver Necklace

Could be Türkmen (Turkmen) from Türkmenistan (Turkmenistan), but the blue ceramic bead (I am, at the moment, forgetting its technical name) is used more in the Middle East. So, probably Kurdish as they tend to use Türkmen components in their jewelry.
