Türkmenistan (Turkmenistan) - Türkmen (Turkmen) Silver Belt

Unclear if this is Ärsarı (Ersari) or Teke (Tekke). If it is the former, then this could be from Afğanistan (Afghanistan). Indeed, there are similar belts made in the Qazaq (Kazakh) style that originate from Afğanistan.
