Ottoman era Silver İznäq (Iznaq) Necklace from Räm Älläh (Ramallah), äd-Diffäh äl-Ğärbiyyäh (West Bank), Filästin (Palestine). The İznäq was a chin chain typically attached to a Şätweh (Shatweh), a type of Palestinian headdress. Although it is called a "necklace" here, it is technically a headdress component; so, you can't actually wear it as a necklace.
