The Yılan Bağır chain (Qazaqşa: жылан бауыр тізбегі; Qırğızça: жылан боор тизмегі; Özbekça: ilon bagʻir tizmasi), as it is known in some Tägäräk languages, comes from the Sumerian loop-in-loop chain via contact with Iranic peoples. It is also known as a Türkmen chain across Türkmenistan, Afğanistan, and parts of İran.
